Thornton is designed with the future in mind with systems and inclusions designed for energy efficiency, building life-cycle, management and technical integration. It uses thermally efficient ceramic frit glass to reduce the thermal load and reduce energy usage, along with an articulated design to allow for natural cooling and the invitation of river breezes into the building.
