JGL is made up of a senior team of highly skilled specialists with experience spanning a complementary set of disciplines – including property development, construction, project management, and financial services.

John commenced his property career with Jones Lang Wootton, working on the sale of major commercial office assets, retail centres and development sites. John then went on to become an executive at Devine Ltd and partner of Consolidated Properties. He was responsible for the execution and delivery of major commercial projects, including 145 and 333 Ann Street, ICB Central and Northwest Plaza.

With over 20 years’ experience in the Australian property market, John’s passion has continued and inspired him to found JGL Properties, a company focused on delivering authentic, high quality residential and commercial developments.

Holly’s career commenced at KPMG where she held roles in audit & advisory. Holly is a registered chartered accountant and has over 15 years’ property experience, working for family businesses in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Bill started out in the property industry as a tradesman and eventually moved into a project director role. His unique set of skills sets him apart from the rest in his field, having the practical knowledge, strategic focus and people management skills, allowing him to appreciate all facets of a project from inception through to delivery.

Bill has more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, specifically in the commercial, retail and residential sectors, through his work with organisations such as St Hilliers, Parris & Associates, Devine Ltd & Consolidated Properties, and numerous other private advisory roles.
